Don’t have time?

This is one I hear constantly. We all have the same 24 hours in a day.

This is the only answer I refuse to accept from anyone. We make time for what matters to us. Now, if someone says “it doesn’t matter to me right now” or “it’s not a priority” then that I can understand.

But, to say you don’t have time just isn’t true. A quick 10 minute workout in a day is way better than a zero minute workout for the day.
