Ya gotta move!

Ya gotta move!

But, you gotta move with intention! We sit on our butts way too much. Between sitting at a desk, playing on our phones, watching television, etc. Sadly, technology, as amazing as it is, is slowly setting us back physically.

Move more and enjoy what you do! Don’t just do something you dislike because you want to lose fat. Find something that you can enjoy and create a lifestyle out of!
