Warm up your senses before a workout?

Yeah, it’s a thing. And a thing you should be doing.

Everyone spends so much time just focusing on the movement part instead of anything else that effects movement.

If you’re not good at taking in sensory information, then you won’t be as good at making decisions and you won’t be as good at movement.

So, the next time warm up by rubbing down the areas you plan to workout. Tell your brain to wake up! Because the better you feel things, the better you move!
