Inaccurate nutritional information is extremely common. A lot of false nutritional information gets pushed for marketing purposes. Or someone posts an article (without verifying any facts) and it gets blown way out of proportion and then taken to be completely true. This can make it quite complicated for your average person to navigate what’s true and what isn’t.
