Yup. But, not quite what you might be thinking. As always it’s a great exercise to strengthen your shoulders, chest, and triceps being in the push-up position.

From there, without sticking your butt way up in the air, you’re gonna touch your opposite foot while trying to keep everything else as stable as possible through the entire movement.

Great for your core and abs and requires some added coordination which will also help increase the amount of calories used.
