Giving your brain enough activation?

Giving your brain enough activation?

Our brains and our nervous systems are super complex. Some people wonder if we will ever fully understand everything they do and are capable of.

Sometimes whenever a specific area of the brain isn’t functioning as well as it should it may need a lot of different activation in order to function the way that should once more.

As you can see in the photo above, I’m having Miles do multiple different things here. We are doing a tibial nerve glide, wearing blue glasses, and working on eye saccades.

Each one of these things on their own did very well for Miles with the issue we were working on. But, when we combined them all together is when he saw his biggest result in immediate response.

My point is that if there something you are working on and you feel like you aren’t getting the results out of it that you want, you may just need to give your nervous system more activation.

The direction that you look, the position you place your head and neck, how tall your spine is, and many other things can have an immediate impact on pain, movement, and Performance!
