1.) When are group personal training sessions offered? What does each session consist of?
Precision Fitness offers 35-minute express workouts for busy professionals that run Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Below is a list of our current small group personal training offerings:
Bentonville Session Times: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:10 am, 6:00 am, 8:15 am, OR 11:30 am AND we also run at 4:45 pm & 5:30 pm sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Arrival Time: Each coach will arrive on location and open the doors 15 minutes before the official start of the workout. Clients can use this time to go through their own personal improvement routines. This is also time to discuss any questions, comments, or concerns with the on-site trainer before the start of the workout.
Please know that our main focus is keeping our clients safe and healthy. Thus, each session begins with a complete, state-of-the-art warm-up emphasizing mobility and activation to best prevent unwanted injury and allow for a more effective workout.
2.) How does the 2-week free trial process work?
Precision Fitness is a monthly membership program. We use the 2-week tryout to assess if our program is the right long-term fit for each trial member. If you are in fact interested in joining our exclusive program you will have the ability to choose from several membership options based on your current schedule and budget.
All trial members must complete a Success Session with one of our coaches prior to the start of the trial by calling us for a phone registration at 479-273-5707 or emailing us at info@PrecisionFitnessNWA.com.
This Success Session is meant to assess the current fitness level of each new trial member and answer any questions or concerns prior to the first workout.
3.) How much does the program cost?
Precision Fitness is a monthly membership program. Clients are required to commit to a 3 or 12-month billing agreement at a membership level that best caters to their schedule, goals, and budget as outlined below. Please note the big savings on our package offerings that are provided to clients who sign-up for a 12-month billing agreement
Each client is expected to bring the following items to each workout:
– A water bottle or approved workout drink with a shaker bottle
– A wipe-down towel
– A smile 😉
5.) What do I wear to a session?
You should wear comfortable, breathable clothing. Please make sure to wear clothing that is not too big- we need to see your body move at different joint positions during the workout so we can best assess your form and technique and make the necessary corrections.
In addition, please wear shoes that are designated for athletic purposes- often referred to as running, cross-training, basketball, or tennis shoes. Some common brands are Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Brooks, Asics, etc. Please feel free to ask your coach for his/her recommendations for proper footwear for workouts.
6.) How do I receive updates, emails, etc?
All clients will be provided with a welcome folder at the initial Success Session. Among other things, you will be provided with a step-by-step process to sign-up for our Precision Fitness newsletter in order to receive all key program information and updates.
7.) How does nutrition factor into the program?
Our goal is not to overwhelm you but rather to ease you into adopting healthier dietary habits for long-term success. All trial members will receive a complimentary nutrition quick-start plan that will provide basic introductory nutrition guidelines to get the ball rolling in the right direction.
At the end of the tryout period, all new paying members will be eligible for our private nutrition seminars. It is here that we will explain the tenets of sound nutrition for optimal health, performance, and body composition.
8.) What is the difference between semi-private personal training and small group personal training?
Our semi-private personal training services provide:
– Workouts that cater to busy professionals looking for flexible scheduling, progress tracking, and state-of-the-art custom program design
– GREATER attention, support, motivation, and accountability in pursuit of your goal(s).
– More intimate workouts that accommodate either individual attention or up to 5 clients per session with a sliding payment scale that makes the cost of each session more affordable as the session fills up (ask for more details on pricing)
Our group personal training exercise program provides:
– 35-minute express strength training workouts before or after work or on lunch breaks for busy men and women seeking a more cost-effective fitness solution to burn fat and lose weight fast.
– This high-intensity interval training program features total body workouts with a core emphasis that will match you with the appropriate exercises for your current fitness level in a fun and exciting team environment of up to 10 people.
In addition, personal training sessions pay greater attention to corrective stretching and self-massage to accelerate results and bolster injury prevention due to the availability of additional training time.
Finally, personal training clients have access to more unique training tools and exercise options that are not logistically possible in the large group format of group workouts.
