Precision Fitness Client of the Month: Leanna Sevak

I initially started PF because I took up running in 2010 and always heard I needed to add some strength training to it. I found that I really enjoyed the work outs and the fact that they had morning classes. My goal initially was like most women- I wanted to lose weight and tone things up. And while I would like to continue toward that, my goal has changed to include becoming stronger physically. I love being able to “out push-up” the boys. (In regular push ups- no girl style) something I probably wouldn’t be able to do without Austin’s encouragement pushing me to do more than I thought I could. And I like that I feel like I finally know that I’m doing things correctly. It doesn’t matter who is teaching the class if I have questions they are always willing to answer them. As for making time to exercise – people often say you make time for what’s important to you. For me exercise is more than simply important. It helps me to feel better physically but also mentally and emotionally. I love starting my Monday Wednesday and Friday mornings at PF, even if I don’t really enjoy getting up that early. 🙂
