Animal Protein Vs Plant Protein Explained (New Research)

Animal protein vs plant protein. With plant-based diets becoming more popular, I get quite a few questions from my clients on protein sources from these diets. Which is better? Is there a difference in how the body uses each one?

There was a recent study conducted attempting to help us better understand the differences between these two types of protein and how they directly impact the level of essential amino acids in the bloodstream. This was actually the first human investigation matching EAA and leucine content.
