Becky has a desire to help others reach their personal health and fitness goals. She has a passion for fitness and has turned her hobby into her career. Her goal is to motivate and encourage others toward and more positive, healthy and active lifestyle.
As a single mother of two, she understands all too well that life can get in the way of fitness. After having her second child in 2000, she was on the border of hitting the 200 pound mark. She tried different yo-yo diets and would lose a few pounds, but was left starving and would gain it right back. She was frustrated and felt like nothing was working. She didn’t feel that she had the time or the energy to eat healthy and just wasn’t motivated to try.
In 2008, she joined a recreational softball team and could barely run the bases without feeling like she was going to have a heart attack. At that point, she decided that enough is enough! She started walking daily and eating better. The weight slowly started to come off! She was excited and motivated. The walking slowly turned into the running and eating better turned into eating clean. The weigh dropped off. 50 pounds in 3 months.
She has been able to keep off the weight for over 6 years now. She has since got involved in different sports, biking, and running 5k and 10k’s.
She joined Precision Fitness as a client and fell in love with it so much that she decided to pursue a career in fitness. In March of 2014, she got her Fitness Revolution Personal Training Certification and spent 10 weeks going through Dustin’s apprenticeship program. She loves to have fun while training her clients. Always trying to get a laugh out of them while pushing and motivating them at the same time! Becky says, “Working with my clients every week and seeing their progress over time is a truly rewarding experience that keeps me excited to go to work every day.”
