I’ve been friends with Dustin for a long time and have known about Precision Fitness since its inception. I just never wanted to work out. I even told Dustin that I would never come train because I just did not like working out in general. I finally got to the place where I was tired of looking in the mirror and not seeing the person that I felt like I was on the inside. I wanted the two to finally be the same. A mix of that and the fact that my radio co-host is a workout fiend and we made a radio bit out of it.
My goals were to be as healthy as I could be and look the way I felt I could and should. I wanted to be fit and strong. I met all my goals. My goal now is just to maintain and continue building my strength. I love the way I look and the way I feel. And most of all, I love working out. I never miss a workout if I don’t have to.
It’s not time-consuming. My biggest thing when I started working out was, I don’t want it to take hours out of my day because I didn’t have hours to give. Dustin has created a program that works for the working people and the people that don’t have a lot of time. Plus, he and his team show you how to do the exercises right, so you don’t hurt yourself and you get the maximum benefit. I was always intimidated by other gyms because I had no idea what I was doing let alone if I was doing it properly or not. Dustin and his team take the time to go through every motion the right way and even show you other exercises if you aren’t able to do certain ones.
I started in August of 2018 with the goal to have a six-pack by the middle of November. I did my 3 times a week and ate what Dustin recommended for my diet plan and it paid off. I met my goal and I never felt like it was too hard. I made it a routine and changed my lifestyle because it was important to me. Now it’s just a habit.
