What brought you to Precision Fitness in the first place?
-I have been steadily gaining weight for the past year… I was uncomfortable with
how I looked and felt. I was having to buy bigger clothes, I was not happy with
what I looked like In photographs. My boyfriend owns the business next door so he
actual got me into this, we both wanted to lose weight and be healthy.
What are your goals?
– I want to maintain the weight I’ve lost, and gain strength and stay healthy. I
want to continue to eat right and encourage my boyfriend in his weightless journey
because we are in this together.
What kind of success have you had?
– I was up to a size 8 and now I’m down to a size 2. Also I get a lot of
compliments from everyone because they notice how much weight I’ve lost. I have
more energy and feel better.
What is your favorite thing about Precision Fitness?
– I like that we are held accountable for our actions and it’s a really fun
environment to workout in… Music and a great, encouraging attitude from our

– basically, my boyfriend owns the business next door so we schedule our workouts to
