Although I understood weight training and I had the desire, I did not understand dieting. I was drinking half a carton of orange juice a day. I would eat pizza, Mexican food, pasta, fried chicken, etc. You can name almost any fast food item and I ate it. Surprisingly, I only weighed 183 lbs. When discussing my aspirations to get on stage at a body building event, I asked several body builders if they knew any good dieticians and trainers. Dustin Williams’ name came up in almost every conversation. One professional body builder told me “he’ll get you ripped.” Another body builder told me “he’s the best.” I heard his name enough that I decided to reach out to him.
I met Dustin in September 2011 at his Precision Fitness studio. I told Dustin my goal and he put together a diet plan and work out plan specifically designed for me. He made it very easy by giving me a step-by-step diet plan, supplement plan (and where to buy the supplements), and workout routine. Although I worked out for a long time, he included many exercises I’ve never done. He asked me to send him my weight each day and weekly pictures (at first, these pictures were tough to send). The diet plan is pretty easy to follow and saves me a lot time. Admittedly, I had to get used to it (because of my old habits and the need to prepare meals ahead of time) but now I always know exactly what to prepare and when to eat it. Best of all, I enjoy the food in my diet, which makes it even easier to follow; and Dustin threw in a few bonuses to curb and “sweet tooth” desires. Additionally, Dustin gives me a lot of feedback, answers my questions promptly, and tweaks my diet when necessary.
Through Dustin’s diet plan and workout routine, I went from 183 lbs. to 156 lbs. while maintaining my muscle mass. I have to admit that I’m looking pretty good. My first competition is in June and I’m confident I’ll be ready thanks to Dustin’s guidance. I really wouldn’t have been prepared without Dustin’s help. I could not have done this on my own. I have to re-affirm what I heard through my workout friends, “Dustin’s the best.”
The difficult part was making that first phone call, going to the first meeting than going to the first session!! I am sooo glad I did make that first phone call, I went to the first meeting, and went to the first class!! So, for the last several months with Dustin’s professional knowledge, he has helped me lose over 50 lbs and many inches. Most importantly, he has educated me in the correct daily eating habits. Dustin is a hands on professional trainer. Dustin cares, helps and councils his clients for the life changing program. With Dustin’s guidance, I am committed to continue to lead a healthy lifestyle. Thanks Dustin!!!!
Fast forward to the summer of 2010. I had lost around 80 lbs with eating and some exercise. A friend was attending Dustin’s BootCamp class and encouraged me to visit. I was totally against it, I didn’t want to bulk up and be a dude-looking weightlifter J. However, I finally caved in and gave it a shot. I am so glad that I did!
I have a love/hate relationship with Dustin. Love him because he pushes me and holds me accountable. Hate him because he pushes me and holds me accountable. At the end of the day, I learned that I can do more physically than I ever thought possible. I even began jogging and running in 5K marathons. To date, I have lost 125 lbs total. I went from a size 22 to a size 8, I never dreamed that would be possible!
I look and feel better than I ever have before and I encourage anyone looking to make a change in their eating habits and exercise routine to give Precision Fitness a chance.
What I received in the process has been so much more. I went off all of my medication and I feel better than I did in my twenties. I have energy that I have never had before. My joints don’t hurt any longer, I am healthier, and I like myself again. I could not have done this without Dustin. The support, training and motivation he has given me have been the key to my success. He has gone the extra mile to make sure I achieve my goals.
There are a lot of people that claim to be personal trainers, but none as good as Dustin. He is knowledgeable of this job and does this very well and he actually cares about his clients. You can’t say that about all trainers. I highly recommend Dustin to anyone for training because he is the best.

I have been attending sessions at Precision Fitness for a little over 8 weeks. During this period, there has been perceptible improvement in my stamina and overall body fitness. I have never been more active and full of energy at the same time. The three class options (morning, afternoon and evening) offer convenience and flexibility to attend regularly. More importantly, the ever-changing fitness regimen / routines at Precision Fitness have helped to facilitate the discipline and sustained commitment that I have lacked on my own prior to joining. I wholeheartedly recommend Precision Fitness to anyone who is looking to improve their fitness and quality of life in a safe, clean and nurturing environment. The fees are affordable too.
About a year ago my father passed away due to a heart attack. He struggled with heart disease for several years. It was hard to accept the fact that he was gone, but I promised myself and him that I would do everything to get healthier and not go down the same path. Well, it took me a year after his death to finally come to terms with my health. I was sick of always feeling tired, no energy, and scared that I would not live a full life or even be there for my kids. In June I decided to join a weight loss challenge at work and joined Precision Fitness, as well. The first couple weeks was extremely hard but the results were immediate. I have lost a total of 12 lbs, several inches and a whole dress size. It’s a wonderful feeling knowing that hard work truly pays off. It all starts with you believing in yourself and having a support team. Precision Fitness has provided me with the necessary tools to become a healthier me. I have about 35lbs to lose to reach my goal weight, and I know for a fact that with Dustin’s training, support and motivation I will reach that goal.
All through high school and my first two years of college I had always been a very physically active person. I was an All State track and cross country runner throughout high school and also continued competing in 5K and 10K races during my first two years of college. I would run 5 miles every day and do an hour of weight lifting as well. About the time I turned 22, I landed a corporate job and stopped exercising for some reason. From the time I was 22 till about 30, I gained 45 lbs from poor diet and lack of exericse. At the beginning of 2009 I decided it was time to do something about my appearance and health. I decided to participate in a local center’s diet plan. From the diet alone I lost 38 lbs in the first four months of 2009. Once off the diet I resumed old eating habits and by the end of 2009 I had gained all of the weight back. In 2010, I made a resolution to figure out a way to get lose the weight, get healthy, and keep the weight off and actually enjoy doing it. I knew that I needed to incorporate exericse into my daily routine and also make it a “life” routine instead of just enough to lose the weight. That is the ingredient that was missing on my first weight loss attemp. I just dieted and did not exercise (probably losing pounds of valuable muscle in the process). I did not want to join a typical gym. I didn’t feel I had the motivation to go to the gym every day and work out, plus, what exercises would I do, how would I know I was doing them right? I went back and forth on what to do until June of 2010. This is where Precision Fitness entered the picture and changed my whole outlook on fitness. I received a postcard that described the service Dustin offers with a free 2 week trial membership. I immediately called Dustin when I received the postcard and asked him several questions regarding his program. He was very attentive to responding to my many questions. This is when I decided I would give it a shot. I will say I was a little skeptical at first, how could a 30 minute workout provide the muscle defining, fat burning workout I was needing? I was so accustomed to the usual mind set that you have to do an hour of cardio every day as well as an hour of weight lifting a day to see results, boy was I wrong!!
I have been in the program since June 1, 2010. I have lost 20 lbs in two months!! I am seeing muscles I haven’t seen in almost 10 years and I have a lot more endurance. My self esteem and confidence are back to my 22 year old levels again as well which enhances my everyday work and social life experiences. The great thing about the program is that Dustin provides the motivation to keep you going during your workout and he makes sure you are always using proper form to avoid injury. Also, he is always open to any questions you may have regarding nutrition and fitness and responds very promptly with answers. Lastly, this is a program that friends, partners, husbands, wives, etc. can do together. Three of my friends have gone in for the trial two weeks and have signed up for the program. We all love doing this together because it allows us a chance to be active together instead of just eating for our social interaction. I recommend this program to all of my friends and acquantances anytime I can because it works!! I’m excited to see what kind of transformation my body will continue to go through in the upcoming months with Dustin’s guidance and exercise program!! Even better things to come!!
I just wanted to take a moment and write you a short note to thank you for providing me a comfortable, well managed place where I can start my new focus on myself. As you know I am a wife and a mum of 4 small children, and over the years I have put everyone else first. My weight has ballooned and I went looking for some support. After walking in and seeing what you had to offer, I felt it was time to put myself first. Your program is fantastic as it provides me, along with everyone else a challenging level of exercise and fitness that allows us to strive to do better and be stronger. I love how you help me, without YELLING and belittling me, (although there has been a couple of times that I have walked away not liking you too much)……..lucky you are easy on the eye, so I have kept coming back. I did look into other gyms, but never actually signed up as I didn’t like how they made me sign up for a long time and want me to pay well in advance. I am also impressed how you keep pushing yourself to be a better person, business owner, manager and trainer. You are a champ and I am thrilled that I workout with you 3 times a week.
When I decided it was time to get back into a fitness program, I knew what I was looking for as well as what I didn’t want. I did not want to go to a regular gym, nor would I work with a trainer who was okay with “phoning” it in. I wanted an efficient, challenging workout with a coach in an atmosphere that promoted health and well-being.
I found Dustin Williams through his website and everything I read about him and his programs appeared to be what I was looking for. I signed up and learned quickly that I had found my fitness home.
Initially I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to do all the exercises as I came to the program with damaged knees, 40 lbs overweight and not feeling very well. Dustin’s attitude was “no problem – we’ll modify as we move along.” He was very patient with me and not only was he able to figure out ways for me to do all the exercises; he encouraged me to push further.
It’s not just about weight loss and losing inches – though that is great. It is about having more energy in my everyday life and just feeling more focused. I feel stronger and less afraid to challenge myself physically.
Dustin is treasure trove of health and fitness knowledge. He’s the real deal in an industry full of wannabees and is the standard by which any trainer should be measured.
Before I started boot camp with Dustin I was feeling very sluggish dragging myself around and had no ideal that I was weighing way over 200 lbs. I went to the first boot camp not knowing what to expect. While I was there I thought to myself “I am going to die”…but when I woke up the next day I felt better than I had in a long time…So I thought maybe I would give it another try. Each time I was able to do a little more till one day I woke up and took a look in the mirror and saw the legs of my pants very loose. Then I was hooked!!! So if at 57 Dustin can help me change my life imagine what he can do for you?
